Annual General Meeting
Our first AGM: 22 members in the hall, 6 online and 9 by proxy. The accounts were received and all eight trustees were re-elected unanimously.

The first Annual General Meeting of the Townley Parents and Friends Association was held in the Main Hall at Townley Grammar School on Wednesday 23 September 2026. With 22 members present in person, 6 attending online and 9 represented by proxy, the meeting was comfortably quorate. Members received the Trustees' Annual Report and the accounts for our first period without objection, and elected all eight trustees unanimously. Thank you to everyone who came, voted or sent a proxy, and to the school for the use of the hall. The full minutes are published below.
