Annual General Meeting
Our first AGM — receive the accounts, elect the trustees. We need 18 members present, so if you can't come, please appoint a proxy.
7:00pm Main Hall, Townley Grammar School
Every member is invited to the first Annual General Meeting of the Townley Parents and Friends Association, in the Main Hall at Townley Grammar School, Townley Road, Bexleyheath DA6 7AB. The meeting can only make decisions if at least 18 members are present, so if you cannot attend, please appoint a proxy by replying to the AGM notice we emailed you — proxies count towards the 18. Online attendance via Microsoft Teams is possible, but it depends entirely on the school's facilities, so we cannot guarantee its quality. The full details and the proxy wording are on our home page.
