Bookbuzz subscription for Year 7

Bookbuzz run by Book Trust is a great reading/literacy scheme which enables all students to have a book of their choice to encourage reading something they enjoy, and to share with their class through library lessons to talk about and share a love of reading. https://www.booktrust.org.uk/what-we-do/programmes-and-campaigns/bookbuzz/ Giving all our new Year 7's a gift book from the PTA and the school creates the strong reading culture that Townley has, Year 7 then understand the joy of reading, and that reading is the foundation to all their learning.
